Plot Summary:

A rainy morning commute. All she did was make a rude driver apologize—and then came the unexpected transfer. "From this moment, Assistant Manager Lee No-eul is assigned to the Strategic Planning Office." It was the department led by Director Choi Tae-kyung, known across Haekwang Group as the Grim Reaper.

"Assistant Manager Lee No-eul."

His voice jolted her. She looked up and instinctively stepped back.

"The chairman's only son has been appointed as a managing director. That's Mr. Park In-woong—the man you confronted this morning."

So that was who he was.

"You'll teach Park In-woong how to be a decent person. I'll teach him how to be a chairman."

"Why me?"

Her reply was ice-cold.

"Shouldn't that be his parents' job? They're alive and perfectly capable."

"Haven't you heard? They adore him too much to ever reprimand him properly. Don't argue—just give it a hundred days. Even a wild bear can learn manners in a hundred days."

Tae-kyung's tone left no room for refusal.

"Park In-woong is already human, isn't he? What more could he possibly become in a hundred days?"

And just like that, No-eul found herself unwillingly drafted into the "Future Chairman Project."

Can Tae-kyung and No-eul actually pull it off?

Choi Tae-kyung

Director of Strategic Planning at Haekwang Group. The brain of Haekwang.
Extremely individualistic, cynical, and even sensitive.
Known within Haekwang Group as the "Grim Reaper," famous for his blunt criticism and ruthless truths even toward the Group Chairman.
Yet, in his eyes, the bright and spirited No-eul appears utterly endearing.



Lee No-eul

Assistant Manager in Haekwang Group’s Business Support Team 2 → Managing Director’s Secretary in the Strategic Planning Office.
Her motto is to live a long, steady life by letting small conflicts slide—but she rarely actually holds back.
A straightforward go-getter when something needs to be done. Action is her strength.
Valued for her positive drive toward goals, she is selected as the Managing Director’s secretary.
